Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with us. By ordering from our online store, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Products
All our products are handmade, and as such, slight variations in size, colour, and finish may occur. These are part of the unique nature of our work and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect colours exactly.
Ordering
When you place an order with us, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it. This email is for acknowledgment only and does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment
We accept secure online payments Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK. We can deliver outside UK by arrangement – please contact us by email if you wish to order from outside the UK and we can provide you with delivery costs plus any import taxes that you might be liable for. Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once items have been dispatched.
Returns and Cancellations
If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us that you’d like to return an item.
Exceptions:
Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Sale items (unless faulty)
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
